The New Transport Shuttle

New Transport Route from Kronos to Earth has opened to civilian passage, and is awaiting YOU to check it out.

Althought mostly a cargo route, Space Transport Company started to recently offer civilians passage, at an extremely low price, compared to the competing MANN Corporation, our reporter says.
The route runs through 3 galaxies, from Kronos to Earth, and most of the cargo that is being transported are minerals, cybernetics and a handful of other things.

This route is also a perfect opportunity to showcase the new and improved STC Transport Shuttle Mark IIIE, the main workhorse of the transport fleets all around the galaxy.
The Mark IIIe or “Elen”, as it is known by the pilots, is an upgrade of the Mark IIId, and is an overall improvement over the that model.
Firstly, the new design of the engine has significantly decreased the fuel consumption, and now the engine overheats at just under 1000km/h, just slightly better than the predecessor , which could sustain 960km/h without overheating issues.
The new design also has increased the amount of cargo a transport vessel could safely transport, to 25 Tonnes, an outstanding feat compared to the 10 Tonnes of The Mark IIId.
Of course, like everything, Mark IIIe is not without flaws, and it has quite a few major problems, the first being obviously the initial cost of the vessel, but also maintenance of said vessel, as it is a new model, and there is no aftermarket , nor are there alternatives for parts, which means all parts have to be purchased at a dedicated location near your local part dealer at an extremely high price.
The biggest downfall of the Mark IIIe, which even the designers see, and is said to be the reason for starting of the development of the F variant, and that is it’s new landing gear design, which has proven to be unreliable, and is the reason we discourage anyone from buying the new Mark IIIe.
